Obstructive Sleep Apnea May Be Linked to Depression

FRIDAY, Mar 30 (HealthDay News) — There appears to be a link
between a common sleep disorder famous as obstructive nap apnea andmajor depression, a new investigate suggests.


In people with opposed nap apnea, soothing hankie in a behind of the
throat blocks a top airway during sleep. This formula in pauses in
breathing and other nap symptoms such as snorting, panting and
snoring.


In a new study, U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
researchers surveyed about 9,700 American adults and found that 6 percent
of a group and 3 percent of a women pronounced they had been diagnosed with
obstructive nap apnea.


The CDC group found that symptoms of a nap commotion were associated
with many depression symptoms, including feeling like a disaster and
feeling hopeless. This organisation was not influenced by factors such as
weight, age, sex or race, they noted.
