<p>European teenagers cut behind on <span>binge drinking</span> and showed no boost in bootleg drug use in new years, while cigarettes remained as renouned as in 2007, an EU group pronounced Thursday.</p>
<p>The Lisbon-based <span>European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction</span>, that surveyed drug use in 36 nations, found unlawful drug use among 15- and 16-year-old students was during about 18 percent when it collected information final year, roughly unvaried given 2007.</p>
<p>The stabilisation is poignant given it comes after a nearby doubling of bootleg drug use to about 20 percent between 1995 and 2003.</p>
<p>Most students who pronounced they had attempted an unlawful drug had used cannabis, a consult found.</p>
<p>The EU group also found binge celebration — or “heavy episodic drinking” — to have dipped in 11 countries, compared to an 8 percent boost between 1995 and 2007.</p>
