Drug LSD might be behind Miami face-eating attack, military say

<p>MIAMI (Reuters) – A <span>Miami</span> male fatally shot by military after he refused to stop nipping on another man’s face might have been underneath a change of a new form of a 1960s hallucinatory drug LSD, a tip <span>police officer</span> pronounced on Wednesday.</p>
<p> Police are questioning a ghoulish weekend occurrence involving 31-year-old <span>Rudy Eugene</span>, who was found exposed and nipping on a face and neck of his plant on a off-ramp of a overpass in <span>downtown Miami</span>.</p>
<p> Police shot and killed Eugene when he unsuccessful to respond to orders to stop and behind away.</p>
