<p>(HealthDay News) — After menopause, women are some-more expected than before to have heart illness or rise osteoporosis, a American Council on Exercise says.</p>
<p>The legislature says aerobic and weight-bearing forms of practice can diminution a person’s risk of: </p>
<ul><li>Heart disease.</li>
<li>Osteoporosis.</li>
<li>Anxiety and depression.</li>
<li>Losing too most weight.</li>
</ul>
