<p><span>AUSTIN, Texas</span> (Reuters) – <span>Planned Parenthood</span> filed a sovereign lawsuit on Wednesday seeking to stop coercion of a new Texas order that excludes a family formulation classification from a module that provides <span>cancer screenings</span>, birth control and other health services to low-income women in a state.</p>
<p> The lawsuit filed by a organisation of Planned Parenthood clinics that do not yield abortions says a order is unconstitutional and that it will lead to tens of thousands of women being incompetent to get surety medical from their selected provider.</p>
