US finds some-more feign cancer drugs

Less than dual months after tawdry Avastin, a cancer drug done by a Swiss curative hulk Roche, was found on a US market, another feign chronicle has incited up, health authorities pronounced Wednesday.


The injectable cancer medication, bevacizumab, is labeled by a name underneath that Avastin is authorized in Turkey, Altuzan, though contains no active ingredient, a US Food and Drug Administration said.


The group “is alerting medical professionals that another cancer drug, imagining from a unfamiliar source and purchased by US medical practices, has been dynamic to be counterfeit,” pronounced a FDA in a statement.


“FDA lab tests have reliable that a counterfeit version of Roche’s Altuzan 400mg/16ml (bevacizumab), an injectable cancer medication, found in a US contains no active ingredient.”
