27 million problem drug users worldwide: UN

<p>Some 27 million people worldwide are problem drug users, with roughly one percent each year failing from narcotics abuse, while cannabis stays a many renouned drug, a UN news showed Tuesday.</p>
<p>“Heroin, heroin and other drugs continue to kill around 200,000 people a year, ruinous families and bringing wretchedness to thousands of other people, distrust and a widespread of HIV,” executive <span>Yury Fedotov</span> pronounced as he presented a 2012 World Drug Report of a <span>UN Office on Drugs and Crime</span> (<span>UNODC</span>).</p>
<p>Global prolongation and use of <span>illegal drugs</span> remained comparatively fast final year, a news found.</p>
<p>However, this masked shifts in trafficking and expenditure that were “significant and also worrying… since they are explanation of a resilience and affability of unlawful drug suppliers and users,” a UNODC warned.</p>
